Technology is the tool.
The problem comes first.

I don't start with a technology — I start with a problem. Over 15+ years I've co-founded a startup, led cross-functional teams, and built everything from consumer apps to enterprise AI pipelines. The common thread is getting things shipped that actually make a difference.

Right now I lead engineering at Eligarf in London. That means setting technical direction, making architecture decisions, and staying hands-on — whether that's designing a RAG system, shaping a UI, or untangling complex integrations.

I have a strong eye for design and UX, which means I think about the person on the other side of every interface. The best technology is the kind you barely notice — it just makes things faster, clearer, and easier.

Designed and built a RAG-powered AI agent over a large enterprise knowledge base — advanced chunking strategy, hybrid search, and web fallback. Challenge: staff couldn't find answers.
